As an account manager, you’ll oversee a customer’s journey with the business from start to finish. You’ll build strong relationships with your customers, in order to promote further business and ensure each customer has a positive experience. Our client is looking for a driven individual, with experience in telesales or other sales roles. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Selling a wide range of business products and providing account management for all your clients
- Dealing with large businesses daily, ensuring their orders arrive on time and that each customer receives a high level of customer service
- Encouraging further sales by building a rapport with your client base
- Generating new businesses by cold calling, offering a range of products and services
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- At least one years experience in cold calling preferred
- A charismatic individual looking to move up in their sales career
- Someone who is outgoing, motivated, and has excellent verbal communication skills
- A target driven individual who can work towards calls and sales goals
- The ability to work under pressure and think on your feet
