As a customer care agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for all enquiries within the customer service department, offering help and support. You’ll ensure that each person you speak with receives the same high level of service. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, and an enthusiasm for assisting others. Our client is looking for a driven individual who is eager to take the next step in their career.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing outstanding customer service to every individual you communicate with, over the phone and via email
  • Helping to improve the customer journey, making suggestions where appropriate
  • Meeting and exceeding set objectives and productivity targets
  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Keeping accurate records of all communications

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not essential
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A great team player with a positive attitude
  • An outgoing individual who is always happy to go above and beyond
  • A proven track record of hitting targets
