As a sales development representative, you’ll be responsible for contacting prospective clients, booking appointments and assigning them to the relevant sales representative. You will be working towards individual and team targets, so should be someone who is driven and proactive. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, as well as a track record of reaching KPIs.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Reaching out to prospective clients over the phone to book appointments for the sales
  • team
  • Identifying key decision makers and ensuring each booked appointment is assigned to the appropriate individual
  • Taking a proactive approach to your own daily tasks and overall performance
  • Working towards weekly KPIs and monthly targets, both individually and as part of the
  • wider team
  • Delivering a consistent weekly number of appointments, aiming to improve these figures over time

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a targeted and goal focused environment.
  • Experience making outbound calls would be an advantage
  • Someone with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with business owners and other people you speak with
  • A driven, confident individual who is able to overcome obstacles and secure appointments
  • A self-starter who excels at achieving goals and meeting targets
  • An individual with a genuine desire to personally develop and thrive in a fast paced, growing company
