As a sales executive, you’ll be responsible for handling the sales process from start to finish, interacting with incoming leads, demonstrating the company’s software application, and closing the deal. Our client has an incredibly high closure rate, due to the desirability of the product on offer, so you can expect a smooth sales process journey. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, preferably within a SaaS company. Our client is looking for a confident individual with outstanding verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be driven, constantly striving for more.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Converting warm leads into sales by demonstrating the software, with an average of around 40 leads per month
  • Creating your own sales opportunities by cultivating leads through channels like LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Building relationships with both potential and existing customers, ensuring that they receive a high level of customer service, and hopefully lead to referrals
  • Managing accounts in the company’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Responding to sales emails
  • Managing your time well, keeping on top of the various tasks you’ll have on a day to day basis 
  • Providing feedback from customers, to be used in driving product development

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working in sales is essential, preferably working in SaaS sales
  • The candidate will have fantastic verbal and written communication skills, as you’ll be working via email, telephone and video call
  • The ability to manage a sales pipeline, keep the data clean and stay on top of tasks
  • Someone with a proactive attitude, happy to follow up on any lead, big or small
  • An interest in the product and safeguarding in general would be beneficial
