As a paid search and display executive, you’ll be responsible for executing paid media and display campaigns on DV360 or an equivalent programmatic platform, analysing such campaigns and optimising performance. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, ideally within the IT/Tech industry. Our client is looking for a passionate individual, who can easily manage a heavy workload and prioritise tasks. The ideal candidate will additionally have the ability to both work independently and as part of a wider team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Setting up and managing Digital Paid Search and Display campaigns, interacting with the client throughout
  • Independently optimising paid search and display campaigns towards conversions and key targets/metrics
  • Generating reports across all platforms and undertaking advanced campaign performance analysis, working to understand trends in keywords and results data
  • Writing ad copy for paid search campaigns, often making recommendations to the client
  • Overseeing the spend and delivery of large budgets, ranging from daily to annually
  • Getting to grips with the internal campaign tracking platform and reporting suite
  • Building relationships with the Ad Ops team and wider Sales and Account Management teams

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working within B2B Paid Search essential, preferably in the IT/Tech industry
  • Someone with proven experience managing in Google Ad Words, executing and optimising paid media search and display campaigns through to reporting on performance
  • Experience with SA360, Programmatic Display DV360, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics desired, but not required
  • An understanding of Social Ads, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter ads, as well as Microsoft Bing Ads would be an advantage
  • The ability to provide client-facing recommendations/optimisations/observations that are strategic and contribute to benchmarks and targets
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for client and internal communication
  • The ability to analyse and evaluate performance of direct marketing activities, making recommendations for future improvements, forecasting, planning and budgeting
  • Someone with strong workload management and prioritisation skills
  • An individual with meticulous attention to detail but also able to grasp the bigger picture
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships externally and internally, often leveraging these to meet business demands
