As an account manager, you’ll be contacting a multitude of facilities throughout the UK and Europe to offer various products and services. You’ll also be arranging surveys and liaising with the technical surveyor who will carry these out. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within a sales team. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate with fantastic verbal communication skills. They should be a driven individual with a positive attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Generating new leads and opportunities, following these up after the initial contact or meeting
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Keeping the CRM systems updated with accurate records
  • Getting in touch with current customers, asking them basic procedural questions in order to deliver sales
  • Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Providing outstanding customer service, so that customers are left satisfied at all times

  • Previous experience working in a sales role preferred
