As a hire coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for all hiring enquiries, offering help and support to customers either directly or indirectly. You’ll deal with enquiries from start to finish, ensuring all requirements are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, with a confident phone manner. The individual should also have a background in customer service or a similar role, with the ability to deal with a range of people and situations.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handling enquiries for high profile customers, resolving issues within appropriate timeframes
  • Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers, as well as implementing solutions
  • Managing each case through to a satisfactory conclusion, then passing on the file to the reservations team with clear information
  • Building rapport with customers, identifying their needs
  • Producing daily reports and paperwork
  • Offering suggestions for the improvement of processes within the team
  • Working towards individual and team targets

What We're Looking For

  • Previous telephone experience essential, preferably in a customer service capacity
  • Complaints handling, call centre, or office experience would be desirable
  • Good level of education - GCSE level or equivalent (English and Maths particularly desirable)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
  • Someone who is a great team player, happy to assist colleagues when needed
  • A highly organised individual who maintains accuracy even under pressure
  • Someone who is target driven, pushing themselves to achieve and exceed targets
  • An individual with at least basic IT skills, such as knowledge of Microsoft Office
