As a client account manager, you’ll be the voice of our client’s web design and development department for prospective and existing clients alike. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, proposals, as well as keeping a keen eye on existing project timelines. Technical knowledge of web development is a must, as you will be confidently conversing with clients throughout their journey. Our client is looking for a driven individual, preferably with experience in previous sales roles. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working with clients to understand their web development and design needs
  • Liaising with the design and development teams, providing quality briefs and overseeing progress
  • Helping with new business pitches, such as writing proposals and assessing timeframes and budgets
  • Keep up to date with the Asana database and communicating milestones and updates with relevant stakeholders
  • Assisting the web team and Head of Web with day to day admin duties and process improvements
  • Keeping in regular contact with clients, including the onboarding process, as well as answering queries via phone, chats and emails
  • Strategic implementation of upselling/cross-selling across service lines including SEO, Copywriting, Marketing, Branding, Social Media Marketing and PPC

What We're Looking For

  • At least one years experience in sales preferred
  • An individual with excellent client service and account management skills
  • A well organised and proactive individual with a proven track record of problem solving
  • Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is comfortable leading presentations
  • Technical knowledge of web build processes required
  • Experience with platforms such as WordPress and Shopify, as well as knowledge of HTML / CSS / JS
  • Previous web developer experience or technical knowledge desirable but not required
