We are looking for a Complaints & Redress Manager for a brilliant business based in Bournemouth. Managing the complaints team and working with the customer services department, you'll be investigating customer complaints and resolving often complex complaints to provide customers with a satisfying resolution.
You'll be tasked with developing and directing a team of complaints handlers with cases.
SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to identify complex complaints and provide efficient routes for resolving them
  • Experience managing customer care representatives
  • An ability to breakdown and improve the complaints case management process
  • An understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority and Financial Ombudsman Service regulations
