As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact and tasked with ascertaining a customer’s questions and difficulties and delivering satisfying outcomes to ensure they remain a loyal customer.
  • Receiving inbound calls
  • Listen and answer customer queries
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction levels
  • Data input on the company's internal systems

What We're Looking For

  • An effective communicator
  • Self-motivated, quick thinking and keen to show initiative
  • Efficient at managing own time and communicating with colleagues
  • Confident with inbound and outbound calling
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Customer Service or Call Centre experience is desirable
