These are integrity, customer satisfaction, commitment to excellence, leadership and a shareholder focus. Those in leadership positions also have a mindset of cooperation - within this business, teamwork is the key to success.

The business also strongly supports Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), with two female employees presenting at a local event in 2019. Their focus was on the history of women in engineering - how far women have come over time, and the areas that still need improvement. Having role models is a key step for the continued development of women working in a currently male-dominated industry, and Aim Altitude never hire based on gender, only on your skillset.
